What Activities to Avoid



In some cases asking yourself is safe while pregnant is much more important than asking could it be safe to exercise while pregnant. This is because some activities place you at a higher risk of falling down or injuring the infant. Any activity where you are prone to fall down or even get hit within the belly is a no-no. While staying fit and active is essential, you need to do so without putting your or perhaps your baby’s wellbeing at risk. What this means is contact sports, horseback riding, and gymnastics are off your list-at least until baby comes into the world and you’re back to yourself again.
